RETURNS

Our mission is to make every order perfect and our goal is 100% satisfaction. We promise to make every order right, every time. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product, please call our Prodex office within 24 hours from time of receiving your delivery and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you personally. PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION

Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable. We do not substitute any items. Our driver will alert you if a product you ordered is temporarily unavailable, and a credit will be issued on your Prodex account.

QUANTITY LIMITS

We reserve the right to limit your order or the quantity of a particular product that you may order. Although our goal is to fulfill 100% of your order, item availability for large quantities is limited and we do not back-order items. We request you contact our customer service at Prodex at 1.888.227.4160 at least one week in advance should your order include quantity amounts greater than 20 cases. Additional handling fees may apply for orders containing large sizes and/or weights.

RAIN CHECK

We do not offer Rain checks on any sale items.

RESTOCKING FEE

If your order is canceled after we begin preparing it for delivery, you will be charged a $25 restocking fee. Additionally, canceling a certain item within an order, is subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of those individual items.
