Currently, we offer home delivery to every postal code in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We are constantly expanding our delivery areas to rural areas in Ontario. Current cities we are delivering to include;

DELIVERY TIMES

Our customers receive their deliveries between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM on their delivery day.. Because our delivery routes are constantly changing as new customers join, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

You can check available times and reserve a delivery time by selecting the Book Delivery tab. Or when you are finished shopping and ready to place your order, click on the Checkout button to schedule your delivery.

Popular delivery times can fill up quickly, so it's best to plan ahead. If you reserved a delivery time at the beginning of your shopping session, your time will reappear upon checkout for reconfirmation.

Please note: If you have scheduled a delivery time but have not placed your order within 15 minutes, you will need to reschedule your delivery.

Please note, while we make every effort to deliver your order within the delivery window that you've selected, unforeseen events such as bad weather, traffic and other extraordinary events may cause our driver to deliver your order after the delivery window.

Specify any special instructions you would like to give your delivery driver, such as which door you would like your delivery.

After you've made sure that everything is correct, click Submit.

WEATHER & TRAFFIC POLICY

While we make every effort to deliver your order within your selected delivery window, unforeseen events such as inclement weather, traffic and other extraordinary incidents may cause our driver to deliver your order after the delivery window or require us to reschedule your delivery.

In this event, our Customer Care department may call the contact phone number we have on record for you with important details on the status of your order. Please follow the instructions in the call so that we may best handle your order. To make sure your phone number is current, go to My Account.

CLIMATE CONTROLLED DELIVERY

Your order is shopped at the last possible moment and carefully packed by hand in bags and special temperature-controlled containers, paying close attention to delicate and temperature sensitive products.

Our trucks are specially equipped to make sure that your groceries stay secure and at their optimal temperature all the way to your home where your driver brings your grocery bags right to your door.

DELIVERY CHARGES

As long as your order has not been processed (your order appears in Previous Order when you log onto Prodex), you can change your scheduled delivery time anytime. If your cart is empty, your order is being processed and you will be unable to change or cancel your order.

In order to cancel an order after it is processed, you will have to call 1.888.227.4160.

DRIVER TIPPING

For driver security, we do not accept cash and we do not accept tips.
